Description
Commission done for my sister, to be used in a poster advertising an upcoming activity at the highschool in which she works.
Ink and colored pencils, minor color touchups in Photoshop to hide the crease she created. You'd think working at a school, she'd be able to obtain a manilla folder to send this to me in, but maybe they were out that day, or something.
I like his eyes, and his hands and feet. I was working on a small piece of paper, and not the right type for good colored pencil work ... so his "gold" doesn't look very gold .. and some lines are wonky. But oh well. Bright red eyes. <3

a jester frog eh? I must say I love the expression of its face. Also the color is quite lovely, they blend quite well, Im sure it looks much better when not scanned into a computer though. I also particularly enjoy the pose, just chilling on a bamboo reed, tis good. I suppose my only complaint could be the dimness of the lines themselves, but its hardly a complaint as it hardly effects the piece at all. Well done
